Refunds can only be processed more than 30 minutes after purchase. If you are recieving an error when trying to process a refund, confirm that more than 30 minutes have passed since you purchased your tickets.

Please note:

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
• The same card used for purchase is required
• Online convenience fees are non-refundable
• American Express refunds must be completed in person or by submitting a request
